We at ATG specializes in complete machine part rebuilding and Electro-Deposit Alloy Coating to enhance wear part life to minimize wearing, galling, pick-up, and chipping. Our unique E.M.T process deep penetrates into steel's surface impregnating the surface characteristics making the part more tougher and durable designed for extreme high temperature applications. E.M.T method pregnates with A superior high strength nitralloy 360 alloy that embeds with the edge /surface of the tool. By utilizing E.M.T on you're existing machine wear parts it will extend longer tooling life anywhere between (3) - (8) times longer versus any type of nitride* cryogenics* thermos coatings* dyne-blue* and carbide coatings.

Our process applies to: Metal stamping dies, draw dies, draw rings, draw punches, extrusion dies, forming dies, forming punches, blanking punches, piercing punches, leveling rolls, straightening rolls, forming rolls, table rolls, pinch rolls, wire mill rolls, shear blades, slitter knives, chopper knives, rotary crop shears, bow-tie knives, caster shear knives, granulator blades, pelletizer rotor knives, solid strand cutters etc,

Theses items can be made of: A2, D2, M2, M42, S7, H13, CPM-10V, INCONEL, NICKEL, STAINLESS,

E.M.T does not change any sizes, dimensions, or radius to the die, roll, blade /knife.

E.M.T deep penetrates into the steel up to one hundred and fifty thousandths depth of impregnation creating protected barrier micro hardness that can be maintained for A much longer period of time, meaning less sharpening, grinding, and polishing on dies, rolls /knives.

Electro alloy deposit creates A high micro double zero mirror finish of A double zero that will last longer than any type of plating/polishing, it will not flank, peel, or wear off like chrome plating and standard polishing.

Electro alloy deposit will also provide A lower coefficient of friction that will help minimize lubrication.

E.M.T process can shear, roll, punch, and stamp heavy gage materials at high temperatures without causing any gall up, pick-up, spalling, and wearing.

We provide excellent reliable turn-around time within three-five days.

The cost to treat new / spare parts: $225.00 per coat / piece.

The cost to machine / grind worn parts: $35.00 / hour.

All tooling must be submerged into vat tank for materials absorbed before completion.

Terms of payment: NET5 / 5% discount for payment made same day of invoice.
